Deliveries from the Metz Tourist Office online shop are made by external service providers.

 The products are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order, within 15 days of receipt of the order for mainland France. Delivery times to any other place of delivery can be provided on a case-by-case basis upon request.

 You will be informed by email in the event of any unusual delay in receiving your items from Metz Tourist Office.

Metz Tourist Office shall be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once it has sent the products ordered to the address provided within 15 days of the order being placed.

Postmarks shall be deemed proof of postage.

 If any items are missing, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for notifying the carrier, providing accurate and detailed information, upon delivery and no later than three days (excluding public holidays) following delivery, and must also notify Metz Tourist Office by mail or email.

Delivery by Lettre Suivie or Colissimo (tracked mail) only available for mainland France, the European Union, Monaco, Andorra and Switzerland.

Up to 20 gr. : 1,79 € inc. tax

20 gr. to 100 gr. : 3,08 € inc. tax

100 gr. to 250 gr. : 4,80 € inc. tax

Postage by weight, non-signed for delivery, tracking.

Rates Colissimo : 

Up to 250 gr.: 4,99 € inc. tax

250 gr. to 500 gr.: 6,99 € inc. tax

500 gr. to 750 gr.: 8,10 € inc. tax

750 gr. to 1 kg: 8,80 € inc. tax

1 kg to 2 kg: 10,15 € inc. tax

2 kg to 5  kg: 15,60 € inc. tax

Postage by weight with proof of postage, signed for delivery, tracking.

Rates Lettre suivie : 

Up to 20 gr. : 4,76 € inc. tax

20 gr. to 100 gr. : 6,95 € inc. Tax

100 gr. to 250 gr. : 12,65 € inc. tax

Rates Colissimo : 

Up to 500 gr. : 14,25 € inc. tax

500 gr. to 1 kg: 17,60 € inc. tax

1 kg to 2 kg: 19,95 € inc. Tax

2 kg to 5 kg: 25,50 € inc. tax

Tourist Office will send written confirmation of the details and price of all reservations made on line (audio-guide visits can be reserved up until 12 pm on the day of your visit, according to availability).The confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address given by the Client on the reservation form.
