Click & Collect

Order on-line and collect your purchases at the boutique: it’s practical, rapid and free!

1 – Add your selection to the basket and select delivery Click & Collect

2- Orders made before 12.00 from Monday to Friday (except national holidays) will be ready from 3pm.  

Orders arriving after 12.00 will be ready from 10am the next day. 

Orders made at the weekend will be ready on Monday morning from 10am. 

All orders placed on a French national holiday will be ready the following working weekday (Monday to Friday) from 10 am.

Once your order is ready, confirmation of your order will be sent by e-mail.

3- Your order will be waiting for you at the agency Inspire Metz – Tourist Office’s boutique.  Bring your ID and order number with you.

Your order will be available for collection from the boutique for 15 days.
