Delivery and receipt

Deliveries from the Metz Tourist Office online shop are made by external service providers.
 
The products are delivered to the delivery address specified in the order, within 15 days of receipt of the order for mainland France. Delivery times to any other place of delivery can be provided on a case-by-case basis upon request.
 
You will be informed by email in the event of any unusual delay in receiving your items from Metz Tourist Office.
Metz Tourist Office shall be deemed to have fulfilled its delivery obligation once it has sent the products ordered to the address provided within 15 days of the order being placed.
Postmarks shall be deemed proof of postage.
 
If any items are missing, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for notifying the carrier, providing accurate and detailed information, upon delivery and no later than three days (excluding public holidays) following delivery, and must also notify Metz Tourist Office by mail or email.
