Reservation of guided tours for individuals is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, subject to availability, and unless otherwise indicated (particularly during visits including additional services, for example transport or catering)

This confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by the Customer in the reservation form.


Availability

Guided tours for individuals have a limited number of registrations. The maximum number of participants is indicated in the description of the visit on the site.

In the event of unavailability of a visit after reservation, the Inspire Metz-Tourist Office Agency informs the customer by email or telephone and reimburses as soon as possible any amount received in payment for this reservation.

The unavailability of a visit cannot under any circumstances result in the granting of any penalty or damages whatsoever.

Article 4 - Conditions for carrying out guided tours for individuals

Duration, time, and meeting place

The duration of each visit is that stipulated at the counter of the Agence Inspire Metz-Tourist Office, on the visit calendar or on the website.

The client cannot, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the visit. For the visits to be carried out correctly, the customer must appear on the specified day at the time and meeting place mentioned on the visit confirmation.

The times indicated must be respected in order to guarantee the smooth running of the service.

In the event of a customer delay, only the customer is responsible for their delay and no refund will be made.


Cancelation

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
